Royston kite festival 2011

Let's just say the weather was changeable. But that made the skies more interesting, a few from an lovely morning and lunch at the festival

Cemetery, Cambridge

In the cemetery there is a pile of stone pieces from the masons there , I saw lots of interesting textures amid the bits of wood and leaves.

A walk in Cambridge

-Fernandos kitchen were busking in the market square a wonderful performance of Spanish style music.

A diversion into drawing,

Have been drawing in charcoal, very absorbing

Went to Great Chishill windmill with Royston camera club


It was a lovely evening and the view across fields from the mill was lovely in the evening light



The wheat seems to be ripening well

Sometimes it is just lovely to have the camera with you to catch the unexpected, like this evening performance of the Morris men at the old bull Royston.
